When will my order be delivered?
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Someone must be available to receive the order. |
Deliveries are made from Tuesdays to Fridays.
An order shipped on Thursday before 13.00 pm will be received on Friday. Orders received on Thursday afternoon or later will be shipped on Monday afternoon for Tuesday delivery. |
| As we use courier companies to deliver to you we regret we are unable to take full responsibility for your parcel if no one was able to sign for it. |
Do I have to be at home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, somebody will have to sign for the delivery. If you will not be around for the delivery please provide us with the address of your office, friend or neighbour. |
Can you deliver outside of the UK mainland?
We can only deliver by special arrangement to the islands around the UK and mainland Europe. Please contact us for a quote. |
